The project for bulk material handling by NEPEAN Conveyors was a challenging and complex undertaking. We were grateful to collaborate with L.E. Otten, a highly-regarded company with extensive experience in the bulk material handling industry. Our joint efforts involved designing and drafting conveyors, chutes, and crushing concepts and layouts. We worked closely with L.E. Otten to ensure that the designs met NEPEAN Conveyors’ specific requirements. We analyzed the materials to be transported by the conveyors and chutes to ensure safety and efficiency.
Additionally, we considered the project’s environmental impact and designed the conveyors and chutes to minimize it. Using conveyors for bulk material handling has numerous benefits, including cost-effectiveness for transporting materials over long distances. Conveyors can transport various materials, including solids, liquids, and powders. They are relatively easy to maintain and operate, making them useful in various industries, such as mining, construction, and manufacturing.
